All our shipments are tracked and are handled by the courier Mail Boxes Etc.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email from Mail Boxes Etc confirming that your shipment has been accepted, along with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package starting from that same evening.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and in any case no later than 5 business days.
If you are purchasing a gift and need to receive it by a specific date, we recommend planning ahead and placing your order in good time.

- Other countries: shipping costs range from €30 to €35, depending on the geographical area
Right of Withdrawal
All purchases made by private individuals from Keep Out are covered by the right of withdrawal, which allows customers to return a purchased product for any reason and obtain a refund of the amount paid within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The goods received must also be returned within 14 days, must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. The only costs payable by the customer are shipping costs.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products received more than 14 days earlier (in such cases, the return of the goods will be refused).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and complete with all its parts, labels, warranty certificate/original box, and must be in perfect condition, undamaged and unused. We therefore invite you to read the “Terms and Conditions”.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
Simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to info@keepoutbracelets.com, specifying the products for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Within the same period, you must arrange for the goods to be shipped using a courier of your choice, at your own expense. The goods must be placed in their original packaging, complete with all their parts and carefully packed. The package must include all documents received. We recommend insuring the shipment against theft and damage during transport: if the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss during transport, we reserve the right to charge for any resulting damage by deducting the relevant amount from the refund due.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the cost of the returned goods within the following 3 business days, excluding the shipping costs incurred for sending the product.
Regardless of the payment method used at the time of purchase, the refund will be made by bank transfer. We therefore kindly ask you to provide us with your bank details.
