RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All purchases made by private individuals of Keep Ou bracelets are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal, which gives the possibility of returning for whatever reason the purchased product and obtaining a refund of the expense incurred.
In order to exercise this right, it is sufficient to inform us, within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, that you wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase made.
In addition, within 15 days, the returned goods must be returned in perfect condition and must not be used.
The only expenses required are those relating to the return of the product.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Inform us, within 15 business days of delivery of the goods, that you wish to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to info@keepoutbracelets.com communicating which products you want to exercise your right of withdrawal for.  Within the same time, you must use a courier of your choice to ship the goods, re-inserted in their original packaging, complete with all their parts and carefully packed. The package must include all the documents received. We advise you to insure the shipment against theft and shipping damage. If the product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss during transport, we reserve the right to charge any damages incurred by deducting them from the amounts to be refunded

Upon receipt of the goods, we will, within three working days, reimburse the cost of the goods shipped. Expenses incurred for the return of the goods are excluded from the reimbursement. For purchases made with all payment methods, the refund will be made by bank transfer, therefore please provide us with your bank details.

Caution: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products received after more than 14 working days (in which case the return of the goods will be refused). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned product must be in perfect condition, intact and should not have been used.
